EmergeX Studio's - Terms of Service

By commissioning or purchasing any products or services from EmergeX Studio's, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. General Agreement
By interacting with EmergeX Studio’s, you agree that you are at least 13 years old and legally allowed to enter into a contract. All transactions are subject to these terms.
2. Ownership & Usage
All products are the intellectual property of EmergeX Studio's.
Products are licensed to the buyer for personal or community use only (unless otherwise specified).
You may not:
Re-sell, redistribute, or re-upload any content.
Claim ownership over the models or assets.
Use the content in other games or engines without permission.
3. Commission Policy
A 50–100% upfront payment is required to begin work on a commission.
All commissions are custom-made to your specifications as discussed and confirmed before the start of development.
Revisions can be done before product is finalized to ensure customer satisfaction. After the customer finalizes the product, no revisions will be made.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final. Refunds are not issued once work has begun.
If the Studio cancels the commission for any reason, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the progress made.
Chargebacks will result in a blacklist and revocation of all rights to previously delivered content.
5. Product Delivery
Completed products will be delivered via Discord, Google Drive, or other preferred methods.
Delivery timelines vary based on queue, product complexity, and communication. Delays will be communicated.
6. Support
The Studio will offer limited support for purchased products (e.g., minor bug fixes or install assistance).
Customization or major edits post-delivery may incur additional fees.
7. Liability
EmergeX Studio's is not liable for:
Server performance issues caused by third-party modifications or improper installation.
Improper use of the product that results in bans, server crashes, or instability.
8. Changes to Terms
EmergeX Studio’s reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the current ToS.
